In this course, you will learn how to upload, match, and reconcile invoices against purchase orders and deliveries within Kojo.
Kojo is excited to release Invoice Matching, available as part of our Pro Package. This new feature enables users to:
- Upload invoices into Kojo
- Link them to existing purchase orders
- Compare invoices pricing and quantities to purchase orders and delivery receipts
- Send exception notifications directly to vendors through Kojo
- Automatically link reconciled invoices back to your ERP
